Seller acknowledges and agrees to the following Purchase Order Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless stated on the purchase order, all product must meet original manufacturers specification for form, fit and function.
2. Unless stated on the purchase order, all product must be new and unused and in good condition. Product received with bent or oxidized leads, programmed, or damaged in any other way will not be accepted.
3. Unless stated on the purchase order, mixed date codes within reels, tubes, etc. are not acceptable.
4. Unless stated on the purchase order, no substitute product will be accepted. Any changes to product must be pre-approved by an authorized Global IC Trading Group Representative.
5. If product is determined by Global IC Trading Group to be non-conforming product, Seller may be required to complete the proper quality documentation such as a SCAR.
6. Supplier must notify Global IC Trading Group of any non-conforming product shipped to Global IC Trading Group.
7. Unless stated on the purchase order, Seller agrees to a minimum of a 60 day warranty.
8. Seller agrees to ship all exported products with accurate and full values on all proforma invoices, shipping documents and customs documentation as stated on the purchase order.
9. Seller agrees to not insure shipment. Global IC Trading Group has its own insurance and an insurance binder is available upon request
10. Seller agrees to provide access to Global IC Trading Group, its customers, and regulatory authorities to all facilities involved in the order and to all applicable records.

Counterfeit Product Policy:

Seller agrees with the Global IC Trading Group counterfeit product policy as follows: Product is not returned to the supplier for refund, replacement, etc. except under controlled conditions which would preclude resale of the suspect/counterfeit product into the supply chain, and to allow the supplier to conduct internal investigation. (This clause was adopted in accordance with SAE AS5553 F.1.4 (c), Aerospace Standard; Counterfeit Electronic Parts; Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition). If those conditions do not exist, product may be destroyed.
